Why choose Isaacs Farm livery?

Isaacs Farm Livery enjoys all the advantages of a rural location such as a quiet, secluded setting and close access to TROT toll rides but is also conveniently located close to Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells for good transport links into London.

Bedgebury Forest, Bewl Water and Ashdown Forest are all within 30-minute drive away for beautiful hacking and Bonfleur cross country course is only a 40-minute drive away.

Even if you prefer schooling, you have the choice of our two schools to ride in. Whatever you choose, here at Isaacs we have facilities and support to suit the needs of all horses and riders.

OUR FACILITIES INCLUDE

- 20x60m floodlit outdoor arena (newly by refurbished Mark Scott Arenas),

FEE STRUCTURE

Full Livery

The full livery cost is £745 per calendar month. Livery is due in advance and extras are added at the end of the month.

Included in the price are:

Turnout and bring in,
Daily muck out,
5 bales of Nordic wood shavings,
Daily check,
Adlib locally sourced, certified organic hay,
Worming program (worm egg counts, tapeworm saliva tests and wormers billed separately),
Two hard feeds a day tailored to your horse’s exercise levels,
Holding for the farrier or vet,
Late night check.

Open barn/Mini track livery

The Open barn/Mini track livery is best suited to ponies (14.2hh and below) which have specific management needs such as grass-free turnout. The cost is £815 per calendar month. Livery is due in advance and extras are added at the end of the month.

Included in the price are:

Turnout and bring in,
Daily muck out of the barn and twice daily poo picking of the track,
5 bales of Easibed wood shavings,
Daily check,
Adlib locally sourced, certified organic hay,
Worming program (worm egg counts, tapeworm saliva tests and wormers billed separately),
Two hard feeds a day tailored to your horse’s exercise levels,
Holding for the farrier or vet,
Late night check.

We try our hardest to ensure our standard management routine suits every horse and rider who boards with us. However, we realise everyone needs a little extra help sometimes, and we are happy to discuss individual needs with you and we will do our best to accommodate your needs for an extra fee that we will discuss with you.
